Crary® GOLD’NCUT™ Online Store Return Policy
Except for warranty returns, all requests to return parts and attachments must be authorized with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping to Crary Industries, Inc. Authorization may be in writing from Crary Industries, Inc., and must be issued with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The authorization number must accompany the returned merchandise. Returns must be requested within 120 days of initial date of purchase order.
Crary Industries, Inc. assumes no responsibility for accepting, for loss or for delay in issuing credit on any unauthorized returns. Return shipping must be pre-paid by customer. When appropriate, the return shipping charges will be credited back to the customer on qualifying returns.
Item(s) returned to Crary Industries, Inc. that are received damaged due to improper packaging for return by the dealer may result in denial of the Return Material Authorization (RMA) and credit will not be issued for the returned item(s).
All returned merchandise is subject to a factory inspection and approval when physically received. Merchandise that is authorized to be returned, except factory mis-shipments, will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge.
To obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA), submit a request below or via email to service@crary.com with the following information:
- Item number(s) desired to return
- Item quantity desired to return
- Reason for return
- Order or invoice number items were received on
- Date of order or invoice
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns must be requested within 120 days of initial date of purchase order.
How to Return: Initiate: Contact us at service@crary.com or use our online returns portal. Once approved with a valid RMA, items may be shipped back. Do not return items without first contacting Crary for an RMA.
Package: Securely pack your item with all original materials as received.
Ship: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be pre-paid.
Refunds & Exchanges: Once received, we'll process your return within 10 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method; exchanges are for items of equal value and must be exchanged within 90 days of receiving exchange authorization. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except in the case of factory errors.
