You may request a sales tax exemption from us. DO NOT CHECKOUT BEFORE THESE STEPS ARE COMPLETED:

1. Be sure that you have created an account on our site first by clicking here: Register
2. Complete and sign the form below and we'll process your exception. After your submission, we will notify you via email that your certificate was verified and set your account as Tax Exempt.
3. Once you have been set as Tax Exempt, Make sure that you login with your account. Do not check out as a guest, as your exemption will not be applied.
